A bank teller discovers that he's actually an NPC (Non-Player Character) inside a brutal, open world video game.
What a blast. Now this one I may be a little biased reviewing as I saw it with my teenage daughter but the two of us laughed a lot and spent most of the movie explaining to each other pop culture references in the movie. She was pointing out video game YouTubers and influencers and pieces from her favorite games, and I was pointing out to her older 80's movie and TV references and the director's humor of using actors from other shows and movies in roles that poke fun at themselves. This one was purposefully tacky but was done in a way that you were still entertained. This one is a great distraction from the messiness of life. Add it to your list and you will not be sorry.
